The Mission, Vision and Outcomes of the CMDA Mentoring Academy

  • The Mission of the CMDA Mentoring Academy is to train Christian healthcare professionals to raise up fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ in the next generation.

  • We envision raising up a corp of committed CMDA laborers, trained in the best practices of mentoring and discipleship, who will invest their lives in the next generation of Christian healthcare professionals, who can then, in turn, reproduce their lives in others.

  • At the end of the Academy, participants will be able to:

✅ Clearly articulate the vision of generational mentoring

✅ Skillfully mentor and disciple healthcare professionals

✅ Fruitfully invest and reproduce their lives in other healthcare professionals
